The services we provide at East Side Acupuncture are all a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, or TCM. These services include acupuncture, massage, herbal medicine, and dietary therapy.
Services*
Acupuncture – $100 for initial visit (consultation and treatment), $70 for follow up visits.
Herbal medicine consultations (no acupuncture) – approx. hour – for those who wish to use herbal medicine but not acupuncture. $70
Acupressure, Cupping, Massage – needleless therapies available. Please call for more information.
Insurance
We also accept some insurances including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, CIGNA, United HealthCare (UHC) including the Empire Plan, MVP and AETNA.
Please be aware that coverage is usually limited by diagnosis, meaning that if a policy covers acupuncture it will not cover for everything. Also be aware that if we are in network with your insurance we will be listed in provider directories regardless of whether acupuncture is a covered benefit.

Medicare
Medicare now covers acupuncture for low back pain but Licensed Acupuncturists are unable to participate with Medicare at this time. Some advantage plans may still cover acupuncture depending on policy details.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) also accepted.
